Corporate Update Gala Dinner

This is traditionally held in June at the beginning of the Black Management financial year to update corporate and individual members on what the organisation has achieved in the past year as well as the plans for the future.




The Annual Conference and Achievement Awards Gala Dinner

This is hosted traditionally in October to discuss topical transformation issues and to map the Balck Management Forum's programme for the following year. 

The conference ends with the Gala Dinner where various transformation agents are recognised for their contribution, both as individuals and corporations.

 




Executive Breakfasts

These are quarterly breakfasts where seasoned CEOs are invited to engage with executives from various sectors and discuss the pace of transformation within their sectors and also share their learnings of how and what they have achieved in their journey.




Conversations with CEOs

This Quarterly even has been set up as an off-the-record platform where CEOS share their experiences, transformation journey and respond to questions regarding their organisational structures from the guests.

The event attracts a number of executives and the conversations are always very enlightening and informative.



Student Chapter National Summit

The Annual National Student Chapter Summit is attended by the leadership of the BMF Student Chapter from 36 campuses nationally where the organisation has a presence.

It also aims to educate these graduates to plan ahead and expand their career knowledge of various employment platforms.





The Lot Ndlovu Memorial Golf Day and Annual Lecture

These events are set up in honour of the BMF fallen stalwart. The golf day is endorsed by the Professional Golfers Association (PGA), hosted by the BMF and the Ndlovu Family.

The objective is to celebrate and honour the legacy of a gallant soldier, the late Lot Ndlovu. It is also to increase the awareness and interest of the sport within members.  The event also aims at fundraising for the Maduke Lot Ndlovu Legacy Trust.

It has been observed that over the past 3 years, the event provided a great networking platform for business executives.
